Potential is equally distributed; opportunity is not. Studies show that majority of students from low-income families tend to be first generation university attendees. These students typically lack access to role models in their chosen fields of studies or very few if they do at all. Their success rates (both in university and beyond) are greatly increased when they have experienced professionals as mentors.

The organization recognizes this need and will, through its network, provide opportunities to connect the scholars with mentors to help them (both in their academic and personal pursuits) develop skills, expertise and experience needed for their success.
