The organization recognizes this need and will, through its network, provide opportunities to connect the scholars with mentors to help them (both in their academic and personal pursuits) develop skills, expertise and experience needed for their success.
The organization will through its established networks provide opportunities for the scholars to connect, intern or train with proven professionals in appropriate fields. One of such opportunities exist with medical mission trips where medical
practitioners in diaspora embark on mission trips to Nigeria to provide medical services to the population (mostly at no cost).
The Legacy Impact scholars have a unique opportunity to participate/be engaged in the provision of these services thereby connecting and obtaining invaluable knowledge and experience during this interaction, and by doing so, enhance their academic and professional training.
These experiences build confidence in the students, boosts their development, and increases their chances of success personally, academically and professionally.
